Items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after the bill is confirmed (Due to the current situation of novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the delivery service will be delayed, please accept 1-2 days additional delivery time, estimated delivery date is 3 - 14 days).

You may request a refund or exchange if you discover the following after you have received the goods. All requests for return or exchange must be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods and the return procedure must be completed within the specified time.
(i) the product is damaged / incomplete packaging
(ii) there is a quality problem.
(iii) missing or mis-delivered products.
You must provide proof for verification of the above requirements, including.
(i) producing valid documentation/evidence that the defective product was purchased from Glitterking.com.hk; and
(ii) sending us a photo of the defective product via email / instant messaging software as evidence.
You may request a return or exchange of the product if you discover the following after receipt of the product. All requests for return or replacement must be notified to us within three (3) working days of receipt and once all requests above have been verified, we will arrange for return and replacement of the same product within seven (7) working days. If the product is not in stock, we will refund the equivalent amount.
All refunds will be made in equal amounts to your payment account. The refund period is approximately 10-20 working days. Refunds cannot be cancelled once a request has been submitted.
