After you have successfully purchased the product, you will receive an invoice Email with your order number.

You will receive an Email/Whatsapp with your shipping number once we start the shipment of your order.

The official shopping system is currently only available with PICKUPP, please feel free to call us for more information.

                                                         Refund & Replacement

 

If you find your product(s) in situations listed below, you can request replacement of specific product(s) within 3 working days after delivery:

(i) Breakage/ Incomplete product package

(ii) Quality issue

(iii) Short-shipment or wrong delivery

You must provide proof for verification of the above requirements, including.

(i) production of valid documents/evidence that the defective products were purchased from Glitterking.com.hk; and

(ii) sending us a photo of the faulty product via email to [email protected] as evidence

You may request a return and exchange of the product if you discover the following after receipt of the product. All requests for return or replacement must be notified to us within three (3) working days of receipt and once all such requests have been verified, we will arrange for return and replacement of the same product within seven (7) working days. If the product is not in stock, we will refund the equivalent amount.

If your order is not received by you because you have provided an incorrect address for the recipient, or we have shipped it in accordance with the terms and conditions and you have refused to receive it, you will not be able to offer a return or exchange and no refund will be given. We will also not compensate you for any delay in delivery due to incorrect address, or for damage caused by improper storage by the logistics company if you do not notify us in time and are unable to collect the goods on the delivery date.

All refunds will be made in equal amounts to your payment account. The refund period is approximately 10-20 working days. Refunds cannot be cancelled once a request has been submitted.
